Dr. Praveenkumar is a researcher with expertise in AM of titanium and steel systems, investigating degradation mechanisms such as tribocorrosion, wear, corrosion, fatigue, and fatigue–wear. Experienced in mechanical testing and microstructural characterization, with emphasis on laser peening and surface engineering. Actively works on improving biomaterials by enhancing mechanical integrity, corrosion resistance, and biological performance.
