Participants who need a letter of invitation (IL/OIL) to obtain a visa to enter and stay in the Czech Republic should tick it in the registration form and pay the conference fee by May 1, 2024 at the latest.
The Invitation Letter (IL) is issued by the organiser (full name, date and place of birth, nationality and passport are required). If the IL is not sufficient and the participant needs an Official Invitation Letter (OIL) issued by the local Foreign Police Department, the cost is EUR 30. The organiser reserves the right to decide whether or not the IL/OIL will be issued.

Attention:
Valid health insurance is a must.
IL/OIL cannot be issue for countries: Nigeria, Congo, Ghana (or other countries - depending on current local regulations and policies).
